As I was driving home from my daughter's ballet class tonight, I heard an Amber Alert come across our local Catholic radio station.

A ten-year old girl was kidnapped in Vancouver, Washington around 2:45 today. More information can be found on these two news sites, KIRO and KOMO.

Let us pray for this girl and her family.

The Amber Alert was cancelled, as no one reported their child missing. Thank you, God!

I will take this as a reminder to hold my children close and to pray for all missing children.
