I don't have time to search much, so tell me - what are the benefits of buying and using start write vs printing from free web sites for copy work? The two I can think of are:
-ability to save
-no ads, signature

What are others? I downloaded the trial software but I couldn't get a good feel for it before I had to close/reopen the program which limits it. This is for a mac, by the way.

Money's tight right now, so I'm trying to decide if this is a more valuable purchase than, say, some Neumann press hardback books for religion.

Oh, and this is for a K and 2nd grader this year. Thanks!

For many years I used to handwrite my children's copywork, last year I purchased a small program and it took so much work off me. I have just purchased Startwrite (and need to figure it out) I'm looking forward to having it all pre-done.
