Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have a cell phone that I pay for minutes. It works fine for me--I try to use it only when I am out and for a good reason :) I would love to have an iphone but can't justify the monthly charges(especially when I pay about $17/month for cell phone now )
I am thinking of an ipod or ipad. Which would you suggest?
I would like to have internet access(through wifi in a library or place of business is fine), ablility to e-mail, central calendar for family to access, access to skedtrack, place to collect music/talks to listen too on the go, load a few books/apps to enterttain dd while we wait for ds to do an activity.
Could an ipad fit in a purse? I don't need to carry one more thing around but want to be able to SEE what I'm working on--I am close to 50 and the eyes are, too
Thanks in advance for any input!

An iPad, while relatively small, is still quite a bit bigger than an iPod ( I assume you're talking about an iPod touch?). I loved my touch, and t did all the things you mentioned. The Only reason I don't still use it is because I have an iPhone now. They're also a lot less expensive.
