It's not "at home" but when you're going stir crazy.. even just going to a park where mom can sit and watch and the kids can play would help.

The best thing we ever did was buy a little indoor trampoline. Whenever the kids need to burn off some energy, I make them go jump on it 100 times. Plus, it helps with their counting! I also heard a woman at the IHM conference suggest having the kids run a half mile in your neighborhood every day. I second sitting at the park or maybe even in a mall playarea (or McDonald's).
