Well, we're off to church this morning at 11 for my 7 year old's "second" first confession.
It is our pastor who will be hearing his confession again today. I had been hoping our asst. pastor would be able to, but it wasn't possible. I;m a little fearful that we'll have another upsetting experience, but I'm trying to put my faith in God.
I've been begging St. John Vianney to help make this experience a positive one for my son., and to give our pastor wisdom and patience.
If you're able, please offer a prayer up this morning as well.

Yesterday was the Feast of St. John VIanney, so I am sure he will have a bit of special grace for you, your son and his confessor!

Praying for your son and that your pastor is guided by the Holy Spirit to know how to hear this particular first confession in a way that is an encouragement to your son.

It went well, thank God! We're waiting for daily Mass which I will offer for all tr board's intentions.
