My oldest son has had a day to try Job. And it should have been a great "before we leave for college" day.
The most immediate need for prayers is that my car keys that he lost at Great America while on the Superman ride are safely found in the morning by an honest person. They were told they could look for the keys when the park closed at 10, but at 10:05 it started storming. No looking under tall metal structures! Another parent drove to the park (over 90 minutes away) to pick up the group and I will drive there in the morning to hopefully retrieve my car. We don't have a spare key and to replace the key will require the car be towed to a dealership to be reprogrammed. At considerable expense!
The second need is that a clerical problem will be fixed. The Sec of State sent a notice, today, that my son's drivers license will be suspended as of Wednesday due to missing a traffic court date. He didn't miss the date! he was given supervision. We are trying to figure out who to go to get proof of that.
His third pray request is that the budget issues get worked out. Today, he received notice that his ROTC scholarship for college is "on hold" pending budget allocations.

I went to the amusement park today. It was a very frustrating experience!
But after talking to 12 annoying, at times rude, definitely overworked, park employees, we got lucky with number 13!
He remember my son from yesterday and was shocked noone had helped him. He ask if we could give him an hour and then ask at the front gate for him. At that point we had been there for 5 hours, what was 1 more! So we went for lunch at Olive Garden (Yum!) and came back an hour later. God Bless the young man! He was standing at the gate holding my key! It was right where my son said it had fallen.
Yeah! Thank God, thank you and thank Christopher the "Front Gate Manager"!

Today we had resolution on another issue. He went to court last week and today received the cancellation of the suspension of his licence! Yeah!
