Anyone out there who is ecologically breastfeeding still waiting for your fertility to return? I'm still nursing our almost 2 yr. old, our fifth child, and still no cycles. While I love the natural childspacing, I'm getting a little impatient especially since I'll be 40 in August..just three days before my baby turns 2yrs.   I know my fertile years will be ending soon, so the longer this takes the more anxious I get. Can anyone relate to this??

With my last one, my cycles didn't return until he was completely weaned at 3 years old. And I have never returned to a "regular" cycle, despite being perfectly 28 days regular before him.

I will be 40 this year.

My youngest is 16 months and it hasn't returned. I was pregnant with her when my now 3 yo was 17 months. I'm 37 (how can that be ) so I guess it's just aging maybe or God knows I've got all I can handle at the moment .
