The founder of Christendom College, the historian and author, co-founder of Seton Schoool with his wife, Anne Carroll, passed away Sunday afternoon.

This deeply affects our Catholic community where I live. He had a few severe strokes and was doing very poorly. He came home from the hospital on Friday.

No funeral info yet.

If you could pray for the repose of his soul, and for all the Seton and Christendom family who love the Carrolls deeply. Pray especially for his wife, as she adjusts to life without him.

Goodness, I know how hard it is to pick up and try to figure out where to go and what to do after losing someone you love so dearly. I'm praying with such empathy and love for his wife, Anne.

Praying for Dr Warren's soul and for his wife Anne and family..I can imagine he will leave a huge wake with his passing, the Catholic world is indebted to his contributions.

We will be praying for him in the weeks to come, thanking God for his life and asking God to richly reward him!
