This is a 1 year old goat who suddenly got sick. Please pray for her recovery. The goat is a favorite the herd is named after her and she belongs to the dd who is in Florida Thank you so much.   I have been praying all day for her and the intentions posted here... Annie

I just wanted to share a happy update. Clover is now up walking eating and just about back to her old self. This has been a very grueling week because the initial vet we spoke with was convinced it was rabies..talk about a huge stress!! We found a new vet who was impressed with our personal diagnosis and treatment he agreed with us it was Listeriosis, though the likely hood of survival was under 30% My oldest dd deserves most of the credit she was out there every 1-2 hours giving her pedialyte via syringe she gave her 2 -3 shots a day kept her cleaned cool as comfortable as possible. I am thankful for the wonderful outcome and the dd who made it happen Annie
