I'll tell ya, I'm not quick to wish time away...but...holy guacamole, this May was SO HARD and INTENSE!
I'm also not quick to start a whine-fest online...but...did anyone else have an unusually difficult May? It's probably best not to share too many details but let's give each other some pats on the back, hugs, and/or any other encouragement that seems fitting.
Here's a for all who have suffered great losses...loss of loved ones through death...loss of homes...loss of jobs...loss of income.
Here's a for all who are facing divorce, infertility, relocation, no more homeschooling, and adult children facing major life transitions.
Here's a ...hmmm...we don't have a high five or a rock so you'll just have to picture that...to all who finished their schooling, finished their spring sports seasons, and had parties for sacraments, graduations, and the more...phew!
And here's to June ...
Love,

May was brutal for us with a loss of income coupled with higher expenses.
Praying June is better!

Let's just say ... May was very full!
But, our dearest Dorothea received our Lord in the Holy Eucharist for the first time just a few days ago!
Also, May brought us lots of bird song. I love listening to the birds in the early morning - it is comforting somehow.
and prayers for all who have been struggling with one thing or another and especially for those who have been shedding many tears. May we all feel the comfort of Mary's Mantle surrounding us and may June bring us sunshine and laughter!

Especially the weather.. I'm sure there's very few who won't be happy to see the end of this May's weather.

I keep thinking it says "See ya, Mary" and wonder where I'm going.
But seriously, prayers for all of you who have had hard Mays. In a sense it was a bit emotional here personally as it was the one year anniversary of my dad's death. But overall it just went too fast and I'm actually panicking that it is June already - I'm in charge of our state homeschool conference in July - only 6 more weeks and I'm not nearly ready. I need another May.
But I'll contunue to pray for all of you who are relieved to see May go...
