Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Anyone have a good recipe for making nachos? We had tacos on Sunday and I want to use the leftovers to make nachos. I have only had sucess with melting cheese on top of chips in the past . So please share your tips.....how can I make a hearty dinner out of nachos?

Not sure if this is what you mean by hearty, but we lay chips down on a large cookie sheet, layer cheese, cooked burger, (or chicken that has been cooked in a taco seasoning), and corn. Cook until cheese melts, then before serving, add tomatoes, lettuce or spinach, onions, green peppers, or any other topping you like and serve with salsa and sour cream.
That's how we do nachos. We call it super nachos.

Pretty much the same here. You can also add or substitute refried beans or black beans for the meat.

Thank you ladies! That is what I am looking for. I always seem to mess up nachos that have more than melted cheese on them. Guess I better get to the store to get some chips
