I USED to be in shape. 14 years ago. I haven't really had the time to work on it and now, I must, for my health and comfort.
How do you start from the very bottom. For example, I know I need to work on my core, yet, I feel I have zero abdominal muscles and when I do exercises, I feel like I am doing them wrong and not using the right muscles because...I don't HAVE any!!
I want to run again but feel some muscle imbalances I have will lead to injury and want to get my core and knees a little stronger so I can be successful(?)
Anyone found something that I can do in about 30 minutes a day that can bring me up to speed so I can be active with my kids again?
Besides hire a personal trainer which will be more stress to find one AND pay for it.

t-tapp would probably be GREAT for you.

That might work. Where do I start? I am going to get her book from the library as soon as they unlock my card 
I will try some videos as I find they are easier to follow than a book....

the website has a "try before you buy" option so you can try out some of it that way right away.
What I was told was to call them that they're super helpful and will get your pointed in the right direction.
