....a quick fix is Chocolate and Pecan Quesadillas. Warm a cast iron skillet, sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped pecans between two flour tortillas. Heat on both sides, until chocolate is melted. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. Yummmmm! Some more adventurous family members have added French Vanilla or Strawberry marshmallows and claimed both were delicious!!! We thought of adding blackberry jelly, but haven't tried that variation yet! You could make these even more special by dipping wedges in whipped cream!
Anyone else care to share really quick and easy desserts?

Seriously Servant - your dessert does sound delish. I usually keep Nutella around just for such occasions and I'm betting it would work in your recipe as well!
In the winter, I like to keep frozen fresh berries around. I layer a few (almost thawed berries) with some canned sliced peaches in a pretty desert glass. You can and top with homemade whipped cream or vanilla yogurt. A drizzle of melted chocolate is delish as well!
Fun topic!!

When I need a chocolate fix nothing satisfies like Alter Eco's 85% cocoa chocolate Heating a skillet isn't quite "quick" enough for me when my chocolate cravings kick up Your quesadillas do sound delish

A couple boxes of this live in our pantry as well--I like mine with pecans and coconut on top.
Cocoa works for me too, especially when it's heavy on the cocoa powder, light on the sugar, and with a pinch of salt.
And I just grabbed a couple brownie bites straight from the freezer before heading over to check the forums.

I make a similar quick dessert using a can (or two) of crescent rolls. Roll them out, spread with nutella and sprinkle with pecans or walnuts. Then I slice them in strips, twist them, and put them in muffin tin and bake for about 15 minutes. SOOOO good. They come out like chocolaty muffins

For a quick fix I put Chocolate Steviain my coffee or tea.
This can also be added over fresh strawberries to make a great health desert!

I picked up some brownie mixes when they were on a good sale.. takes a bit of time but pretty simple.
On a less fun note.. chocolate cravings can be a lack of magnesium.

Yes, but doesn't chocolate taste soooo much better than magnesium!? Tracy, I love your emoticon idea...but maybe it would be more helpful if we just put our hands over our mouths....after we all take our magnesium, of course, right Jodie!?!
