I received a letter about my recent mammo today, and it was not the normal-everything's-ok-form letter. They are asking for "additional imaging" for " a finding." I have an injury history on one side, so am hoping it is related to that.

Would you please pray that I can stay in the now with this and not worry over something that has not even happened? Surprisingly, I am relatively calm about it right now, thanks be to God.

Absolutely praying, Liz! I've been in your shoes...only I was immediately called back for clarification and more imaging, but had to wait a week for results. I was blessed with such peace during that time of waiting, and I'm so grateful for that peace. I just kept repeating, "Jesus, I trust in you." and I really GUARDED my thoughts. I would not allow them to go any further than what I was doing at that moment! I was relieved to hear that there was nothing of concern in my case at that time, but I wanted you to know that I am praying with much empathy. I'm so glad to hear that you are experiencing calm right now!

Please keep us updated, and let us know if your thoughts begin to get away from you so we can ask St. Michael and your guardian angel to help you guard them! Prayers for your peace, and of course for these results!
