I hurt my back about a week ago, and the soreness is still present when I walk. With Spring here, the children will want to be out and about, and I hate to keep having to stay home to avoid walking, but it hasn't improved in the past week.

Alice, I know what you mean by "minor" but it's still a worthy request...and I'll keep you in my prayers.

I know a little of what you are going through. I've been turning down many activities the past 3 weeks due to pain and recovery, and it's emotionally hard on me and my son. Today was my first walk with ds, and it wore me out!

You'll be in prayer with my poor dad, who suddenly has an on again off again bulging disk. Also, I wanted to let you know I saw a friend Thursday night who is using acupuncture very successfully for chronic lower back pain
