My daughters Little Flowers badges are no where to be found! Obviously, I've misplaced them (or so I hope! I'm having middle-aged moments of doubt that I bought them in the first place, but I know that I did). She needs them by Friday ... even if I purchased another set of badges (which I don't want to spend the money to do so!), they wouldn't arrive on time.    St. Anthony, pray for me! Where, oh where did I put the badges?!

     Going someplace tonight with all of our lit' ones, with lotsa other people for a potluck - offering all the work up for relocating those badges

My dd said that on the first day of Little Flowers we had to turn over the badges to the leader so that she can present them to our girls. Did you do that?

Thank you all so much for your prayers! But unfortunately the badges have no shown up yet!    I've torn apart my house in search for them and have come up empty handed for what I could have done with them.

One of the sweet older girls so, so generously offered to let my daughter have her badges until ours resurfaced... oh, my heart burst with her kindness (the sweet dear is 10 years old and has been through the class a couple of times before... and this is my daughter's first Little Flower class and would be shattered if she was the only little girl without a badge on Friday. So I broke down and ordered another set last night ...for real, my stomach is sick. As if I haven't already gone way overboard on Christmas spending. (oh well, good thing I've got two other daughters who will use them in a couple of years).

This is entirely possible, but I have no memory of this (is that just completely scatter-brained or what?)

Oh, I can relate. We misplaced dd's AHG badges several times (we kept hiding them from the baby and then forgetting where we hid them!) before we finally got to sew them on. The last time she had hidden them in her closet on top of her clothes. Check unlikely places.
