I am making no progress at all with this issue, and I could really use extra prayers. I need precertification for an upcoming appointment, and the lady handling the referral seems quite confused about how to do this.

Melinda, if I had been paid for all of the time I have spent on the phone with insurance in the past 17 years....whoa!!!! I would be a very wealthy girl!!! Ask to speak to the supervisor....don’t even mess with the first line phone people. Ask them to ESCALATE this, and you have to have a response now. Insurance brings out the best and worst in me. I’m praying for the Holy Spirit to send Wisdom for this situation!!

Thank you all so much for your prayers! I got a letter today in the mail saying that everything has been preapproved. That is like a miracle in the insurance world- definitely an early Christmas present for me, and I know your prayers made a huge difference!
