I'd like to add that we found our therapist using

http://www.catholictherapists.com/

I highly reccomend using a Catholic therapist.
Our's is amazing and starts each session with prayer.

Thank you ladies for your prayers.

The night before my mind was mush and I was hesitating even asking for prayers! But, morning came and I had a lovely start to the day. A calming rosary with the children and baby in my lap really helped (even when things were looking like they weren't going anywhere) Dh called me and said he was coming home from work sick (stomach virus)Anyway, he managed to rest until mid afternoon and we were both able to attend. I had no idea what to expect and was really surrending all my expectations to the Lord. I would have loved a Catholic therapist but unable to locate one unfortunately. Never mind, the counsellor we had will be a good fit I think. Dh thought she was a nice woman. You wouldn't believe though her rooms were only meters up the road from our Catholic church! Dh has still been recovering so we really haven't had a chance to talk but on the whole I left the session feeling like it was an early positive step.
Anyway, heartfelt thanks again for taking the time to lift a few prayers to our Lord.

St Rita is one of my favourite saints!
