We went apple picking last week and now I have TONS of apples still! I've made apple pie; apple crisp; applesauce. Now I want to try some kind of apple cinnamon bread.

Does anyone have a recipe you really like to share with me?

I made that Roman Apple Cake this afternoon, and my 6yods has declared it to be "Delicious!" Dh and I laughed at his enthusiasm, but it is really super yummy!!! I am planning on making it next Saturday's dinner (our priest will be our special guest!)
