I knew we had gotten somewhere with all of Lily’s jaw lengthening and reconstruction when today......she was able to wear a bike helmut!!!!!! Her chin had been so tiny and recessed previously that we couldn’t even get the strap under her chin....it was too small...and NOW..she can wear it just fine. I about cried. Life is good. Big Pink Barbie Bike Helmut, riding around my garage, with a little tiny girl under it on her red tricycle!! 
And, my stent is out...so I feel infinitely better, too. I actually walked a mile today, and while my legs burned from lack of walking the last two months after my surgery and complications....I felt stronger and really enjoyed being out on a nature trail with my kids, enjoying the beautiful day.
Just had to share the simple pleasures of my day. God bless you all for making it possible with your prayers!!!

What wonderful news!
I can't help but notice that in the before picture, the distractors frame Lily's sweet face just like a halo.
Great pillow cases.... and rest assured that many common cooties, such as viruses, can't live more than a few days on solid surfaces. I'm sure all your washing zapped them!
