Enjoyed your article, Angie. Snow on Arizona mountains just doesn't fit into my mental template of (hot)Arizona climes, cacti and scorpions!

Angie,
We got A LOT of snow here as well, I'm guessing from the same storm! The mountains are just covered which is also very rare here in San Diego. Lots of rain and hail.....we occassionally have a bit of "winter" here.

No wonder the photographers were out. The cactus in front of the snow covered peaks makes for a gorgeous photo! thanks for sharing.

Hey Angie,
We got snow here in the high desert over the weekend. The kids had a wonderful time. We don't see snow that often, but we had snow and a hail storm, it was very interesting because I happened to be out driving during both the snow and hail and since I have never really driven in those conditions, I was a bit nervous. Our mountains are still covered with snow, our is gone .
God Bless
Robynn

Hey, we got snow here, too! Last night we had a lovely blizzard.........got a foot of snow. It is SO beautiful today.........Malachy looked out the window this morning and said we have "white grass"
.......last Monday, we awakened to three feet of snow!
this is a lot of snow for March! esp since the rest of the winter had been just a few inches at a time.
Oh, btw.......I enjoyed your blog article, too Angie........I LOVED your picture, too!
