Second the recommendation This is one of our favorite month poems. My kids always enjoy October (it might have to do with all the carved pumpkins, that's what our porch looks like too )

oh, thank you for sharing this! This may be *just* the perfect thing to help start our copywork. Or, start again. I tried at the beginning of the month by having my daughter copy the quote "pray always, sometimes use words" and it was a struggle!
