The next two weeks my dd (17) is going to be taking her annual intensive dance workshop. She is going to be at the studio since 8:00 to 7:30. I want to make sure that she has plenty of food and snacks to take with her. I am looking to have a plan in place so I don't have to scramble through the week. Any ideas of easy/nutritious/ healthy/energy giving snacks I can make/buy/have on hand for her? What about drinks?

Any help would be appreciated. I am pretty stressed out and overwhelmed by a lot of things I need to do before we start school, and I would love if you help me think.

For swim team we're doing oatmeal bars and yogurt and bagels with cream cheese and cheese stix and fruit, water and gatorade.. 2 water to 1 gatorade to keep up the electrolyte balance. Bananas would be especially good for the minerals and oranges are a quick pick me up.. but we'll probably have grapes because the kids love them and will eat them

Hummus with veggie sticks is also a filling snack. Just avoid anything with lots of sugar in it, she'll tire out quickly. Back when I danced all day, a good trick for drinks was to freeze water and juice bottles overnight, then let them thaw during the day, so they were always cold.
