If I could ask you to pray for me again... it seems that part of my incision has not closed and is becoming infected.  I saw the doctor earlier today and his opinion is that it doesn't look bad, but I'm still on antibiotics... for the 2nd time since the baby was born. We are supposed to be moving in exactly one month, and I am a little worried.
As always, I hold all of you in my prayers every day...

Please keep praying... I thought I was feeling better, but today the site seems to have an odor and also still doesn't seem to be closing. I'm going back to the doctor this afternoon. My mom has been trying to figure out how to come help, but the company she works for is very inflexible. I'm trying hard not to think about how the doc's office could have caught this earier *if* they had scheduled me for an incision check around 2 or 3 weeks the way other OBs have done...
There are so many other requests on this board for more serious things, but I really feel like I am about to lose it with everything that has been going on since June and will continue into the fall... I just want to be able to take care of my family.

Oh, Angela, this is serious. There could be a possiblity of something left inside...an extreme case, but this is what happened to a friend of ours.
I've had infected incisions, but never like you describe. Praying, praying.

Oh Angela, stepping up my prayers. What stress. How hard!!! Offering my much smaller postpartum woes for you today. GO EASY on yourself. I would say do nothing but lie around and nurse, even though that seems nearly impossible. Try not to get down or depressed that the house is a mess or things are undone. This is just a temporary state. God will help you and it will all fall into place according to His will.
