Has anyone used these kits? I have heard some great reviews. It seems like a great non-textbook way to teach science for Grades K-8 - and a way to teach multiple children at the same time. Also seems to be easy to combine with nature study and science living books.

I took a look, Marilyn and the kits seem fine, if a little pricey.
The only thing is, it says that the kit includes lesson plans for grades 1-8, but I did not see anywhere where you could view samples of the lesson materials online at all. I would think this would be key in decision-making, especially since the kit price of 89 bucks certainly is not justified by the materials supplied unless there is some really good resource materials along with.

Thank you Theresa. I had the same concerns. Someone has let me know that they will be at a convention near me - though I am not sure I am motivated enough to go to check them out. I think that there are enough other providers of kits that are more decently priced - I just have to schedule some time this summer to plan out a science curriculum for my 6th Graders.
