I thought this might interest some kids in your home! This monster hammerhead shark was caught off the NSW coast of Australia..when we think of 5m sharks like this, it is usually Great Whites or Tiger but never a Hammerhead!

Well I have a morbid facination for things that really scare me...and sharks do!

I remember recently we were swimming at the mouth of a creek that came off the ocean at the Gold Coast, we were happily swimming back and forth over deeper water alongside what looked like a shark net...safe we thought..then we found out when we got back that some BIG THING had mysteriously ripped the shark net loose and it had been gone for a few months, they never found it and suspect some small whale for detaching the net, in all it has the experts puzzled...I just S-H-U-D-D-E-R to think what we could have been blissfully swimming above!
