Tomorrow am........too early!.........my 17yo will be going to Yosemite for a week with a large group of kids...and chaperones!

Thank you for the prayers, Nancy and Mary!

I am just a slight bit nervous about her health because she has been showing mild signs that her heart valve needs to be changed soon. With the cool temps and the elevations.......was just a tad neverous about her body's response. Turns out we may have more snow than them this week.........and the highsest elevation will not be any higher than our house and the local ski park......so, we shall see.

I am glad that they let them have their cell phones...as long as they do not text during hikes or group time    She has been able to call and send messages.

I THINK this is her first time away from home with NO siblings, among strangers.
