Please pray for our nephew Ryan (7 yrs). He was seriously burned today with a gasoline fire. He is in intensive care and will be airlifted shortly to a children's burn unit. Please keep his entire family in your prayers especially Toby (Dad), Tahlia (Mom), Rhonda (Step-Mom) and Bubby (brother).
Our family is asking especially for the intercession of Our Lady of Sorrows, St. Polycarp, & John Paul the Great.

He was successfully moved to Boston from Maryland. He is listed in critical but stable condition. Please continue to pray.

Max was able to talk with his mom (Ryan's grandma) last night and was able to get a more detailed update.
In Thanksgiving-Ryan was moved to one of the top burn hospitals in the nation with all expenses paid. His family will even be housed without expense. Praise God! Ryan was also baptized. I'm sure those sacramental graces (and your prayers) will aid him in his recovery and what is to come.
To bring before the Lord-Ryan has mostly 3rd degree burns covering the right side of his face moving down the right side of his body, down his arm and stomach. He is at great risk of infection and as of last night was running a fever of 103 which is of great concern to his doctors. The doctors were planning on taking him into surgery last night to relieve the swelling that was occuring. While in the hospital in Maryland the doctors told his parents that Ryan would need skin graphs. His mother was already with him yesterday at the hospital in Boston and his Dad was driving up to Boston with a sibling.
Please continue to pray for his older brother who started the fire as a bonfire. (Apparently Ryan had been throwing gasoline on it when he was burned.)
