Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

This question is going to show my ignorance , but here goes:
Is there an easy way to get pictures from my digital camera onto my blog? Right now, I plug in my camera and transfer the pictures to my computer, then when I'm posting to my blog, I download them from my computer to my blog. It just seems to take forever and while I have tons of blog posts in my head, I don't post much because of the time it takes to get the pictures posted.
Help!

I'm just as ignorant. That's how I do it. And pictures do take forever to upload if their resolution is high too!

But I'm wondering: I don't use blogspot; however, maybe when you plug in your camera and go to your blog's upload picture page, there would be an option when you "browse your computer" for your pictures to click on the drive with your camera???

I want my pictures on my computer, so I don't want to skip this step.

Good idea Maryan. I'll give it a try.
Thanks!

That's what I do, Becky -- when I'm in blogspot and I click on "add photo," I hit browse and my camera (plugged into the computer) comes up as an E: drive or something like that. If I know it's the last picture I took, it's easy enough to find. (little thumbnails don't come up when I do it this way for some reason). Now, with my camera they ARE in huge resolution, so actually it's better for me -- in order to save space in my blogger photo area -- to upload them to photobucket once in a while and link from there.

It just depends on what I'm doing and how lazy I am.

Dh showed me an easier way but I haven't quite nutted it out yet. When you put your memory chip in, if you can work out the number of the thumbprint (which is where I come unglued) you can upload directly without having to save as, which takes longer.

I'm sure I'm as clear as mud.
