Actually, I have two requests.

First, my brother told me yesterday that his preteen ds has been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. He has only had the first test, the "sweat" test run, so they do not know much about what type or any details as of yet. They are shocked because this is a genetic disorder, but apparently there is no one in our family that has this condition.

So he is a bit stressed. So I am asking for prayers for Parker (my nephew), his family, for the doctors who are treating Parker. I don't know much about CF, but I do know that there are a lot of variations, so learning is part of the key.

Also (and this is selfish), my driving test is Friday. The test over here is really hard and I am so worried I won't pass. I have been driving for almost 36 years, but they are extremely cautious on the test. We just don't have the wide roads that we do in the States (lol)! So please pray for me to have a good result (whatever your will, Lord). But I think passing this test would really help my self esteem as well as help me get my family around.

I just say the opposite side. Some are very defensive about it (lol).

Thank you for your prayers. I am not sleeping well because I am so stressed about this test. I don't ever remember feeling pressured about a test before, but I hate driving. I only do it because I have to drive. But I think I will also feel completely humilated if I have to admit that I failed the test because I neglect to signal!
