I'm a Catholic mum to five Em and Kath are 23 years, Sara 20, Benedict 6 and Philippa 1 year.
I'm no stranger to HE as I "taught" both Em and Sara at home when due to sickness school was no longer a viable option. I am now travelling this path once more with Benedict. He was diagnosed with type one diabetes at the age of 4 years and during this past year has missed so much schooling that, it is now impossible for him to catch up within the school environment.
I am fortunate that the head of his school has wholeheartedly endorsed HE and has offered us access to resources and the posibility of him attending the art and music lessons on a regular basis. She is also a very devout Catholic and has loaned me the current catechesis book used by the class.
I am looking forward to being part of such a faithfilled online community and gleaning tips and advice from some experienced HE gals!

Thanks for the hellos! I'm having real problems filling in profile info such as where I live and adding a signature link. Any suggestions? Have followed advice in FAQ's but nothing seems to be working!
