praying Nancy.. try some caffiene along with whatever pain med she can have.. and an ice pack on the head can really help too. OH and sometimes peppermint essential oil.. just a bit rubbed on the temples (or in a bath) can help ease it too.

I have had my migraines since age 12 and I know the pain.

We will be praying for her, try ice pack on the back of the neck, sometimes that helps.

She is doing much better - although she would never think of peppermint oil as she is not a mint person - and is settled in bed after a painful evening. We're keeping a headache diary, hoping it will help us figure out if these events are random or triggered.

She felt better much more quickly than she did the first time, so I am sure your prayers helped. I am thankful for every prayer you said for my dd!

I'm praying she's feeling better today. I've suffered migraines for a few years now and they are awful. Mine are triggered (most of the time) but the weather. Especially big snow storms and big wind storms. I get them usually in the winter. Try tracking the weather with her too.
