Some time ago I remember seeing a website which sold a beautiful statue of the Blessed Mother when she was pregnant. I'm hoping maybe someone here linked to that site and can direct me there again. I've tried Google searches but typing "pregnant Blessed Virgin Mary" into a search engine has proven to be quite risky!   

Can anyone help?

I can imagine...

Catholic supply has one called "La Posada Statue" with a pregnant Mary on the donkey with Joseph beside. But I'm guessing you are referring to a solitary Mary...is that right?

Our Lady of Guadalupe is a pregnant image as well, but she doesn't necessarily look it. She is wearing the maternity belt of the Spanish culture.

Well there's this site that has a picture of a statue

I didn't get a chance to read everything there.. mainly that it looked ok at a glance and had the picture of the statue.. but perhaps it would help?

I am fairly certain that any image of Our Lady of Guadalupe shows Mary while she is expecting. The belt that she wears as been interpreted as a sign that she was expecting our Lord in this aparition.
