Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I had a skirt tutorial bookmarked on my old computer. I have done several google searches and I cannot find it again. It was on a blog and was a tutorial on how to make a wrap skirt. The tutorial shows the woman taking a break to work on some biscuits/rolls. I think I may have learned of the tutorial from a thread on here. Does anyone know what I am talking about?? Thanks for any leads

Beth

Thanks for the link, Betsy, but that is not the one I was looking for.

I had some time yesterday so I did a really thorough google search and I found it! My memory was a little off, the lady did not stop and tend to her biscuits Here is the link for a modest wrap skirt. I still have 2 Christmas presents to finish and then I want to make one of these. It fits sizes 8-16 which is the range that I fall in, although who knows if I will ever be an 8 again    But I really want to make the transition to skirts most of the time because I hate the many different sizes of clothes I have to have on hand to deal with my changing body. I have maternity clothes, super fat clothes, fat clothes, normal clothes and skinny clothes. It just takes up too much room and it is depressing when I don't even fit in my normal clothes
