I have a friend (who may even be a lurker here ) who is about 31 weeks pregnant with ID twins. There are complications with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, and she has been on bedrest and lots of monitoring. They are thinking of needing to take the babies next week by C-cection. The mother's hope is that they can all hold on even a few more weeks. Please pray for wisdom and strength and peace for my friend, the babies, the doctors, etc. Thanks!

Update- they have decided to do a c-section this Friday, the 8th. Please continue to keep the family in your prayers. Thank you!

Update 1/06 - Just heard from the mom and they are going to take the babies tomorrow afternoon because her blood pressure spiked today. Thanks for the prayers, I know she appreciates every one of them!

Amy - I will be praying for your friend. I had exactly the same complications and had my boys delivered at 31.5 weeks by emergency c-section - and it really saved their lives. Do you know if the twins are monochrionic and monoamniotic? I would love you email you a lovely picture I have of Madonna with twins to give to your friend.
