Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Is there any kind of blogger etiquette to setting up a blog fair?

I'd like to host one with an outdoor Advent theme - I am such a wimp about going outside as soon as the weather gets even a little nippy - but I know I do much better with some time outside. I've committed to spending an hour outside each day of Advent and I'm posting a picture a day (similar to what I tried to do for the April Shower of Photos that we've done in the past).

But I was thinking others might have nice traditions this time of year that get you outside. Want to share? I was thinking it might be nice to post on the Winter Solstice? As long as this doesn't step on any blogger toes!
