Now that the pinewood derby car has been found

Could you all pray that I find my eyeglasses? I'm really needing to get some computer/paperwork done today and tomorrow.

I'm feeling discouraged because it feels as if one thing or another is getting in the way of me doing this much needed work that has piled up since we were all down with the flu in December. I had high hopes that I would whip through it today and tomorrow!!!!

 Thanks
  .

And eyeglasses are the hardest things to find, since I always need my glasses to be able to SEE what I am looking for.

Praying here that you do find them soon.

I have rimless glasses because they are light. Since I don't have a right ear, I need the glasses to balance on my nose. Without my glasses, those rimless glasses might as well be invisible! I feel your pain Angie! I finally broke down and bought some tortoise shell rimmed glasses. They're always crooked on my face, but I always know where to find them

FOUND!...in front of our house in the desert decorative rock, all of which looks a lot like my thin brownish trim glasses

 | . There is NO WAY I would have seen them. Fortunately, between your prayers and our in house St. Anthony (Aiden) they were found. Now, I guess I have no excuse not to get back to the grindstone .
Thanks so much for the prayers...and for the chuckles. Tortoise shell rimmed glasses next purchase...

 Love,

 | I'm almost completely blind without them. If I knock them off my nightstand during the night, I can never find them in the morning. I have to call dh over to search for me.
I just got a new pair today. I tend to buy wire that are brownish. I'd love rimless, but my prescription is too thick. When you're practically blind, you can't find them no matter what color!

I'm wondering if we should have a separate forum for "St. Anthony Prayer Requests"

I thought the same thing as I was posting my request! Until recently I wouldn't have considered asking others to pray to St. Anthony for me. I don't know, lost stuff seems so small compared to many serious and heart-wrenching requests. Yet, I see the efficacy of the power of prayer to St. Anthony through this list. I'm reminded that God wants us to bring everything to Him, including big and little requests.

 Love,
