One of my mother's brothers is very unwell at present. His name is Brian. He suffers badly from rheumatoid arthritis and has recently formed a very bad ulcer on his back. His immune system is so very weak as he is on a form of chemotherapy to control the arthritis, so his body is not responding to the treatments for this worsing ulcer. He so very weak and tired as well.

Editing to say that I'm losing me head, the main health intention coupled with the conditions above, is that his is suffering from very bad shingles, it was treated too late and so he could be grappling this for many months to come.
