I need help.

You already knew that.

However, my son is going as St. Don Bosco for the All Saints party...I'm trying to make a beretta for him (the special hat).

Help. HELP. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any ideas?

I was thinking that I would make it with black fun foam, but I need to go play with some paper folding to get an idea for a pattern that would fold down to give those ridges. I did find this page just now with a great idea to make one from felt and just pull up the corners. Either way it would be perfect topped with a large black pop-pom. If you are doing a search,the spelling is biretta with an "i".
