Ladies it is Autumn here ! I'm looking for a possible pumpkin scone recipe for ds13 . He loves the scones at starbucks and would like to make them at home . If you have a recipe please share
I am craving carrort muffins . The ones I love are from Tim Hortons and whole grain and seem to have orange in them as well .
I'd like to try different recipes . I think carrot muffins would go good with raisens maybe .
mmm now I'm thinking apple sauce muffins too
I've not had breakfast yet
If you have a fav recipe and wouldn't mind taking the time to write out & share your recipe our family would very much appreciate it
Thanks & God Bless , Roxie

These are pumpkin scones that a friend has made for our meal swap. I haven't had a chance to try her recipe yet, but she is a great cook! These are the apple raisin carrot muffins that we like - from a recipe on the back of Bob's Red Mill flaxseed meal. I use golden raisins in the recipe.

I double checked after I posted, and I don't know that the pumpkin scone recipe link was *good*. Try this one. Sorry about that!

Oh wow that is the real recipe ! ds will be thrilled !
I don't think we have Bob's red mill here in Canada . I have flax seed , can I make my own flax meal somehow ? or would there be a subsitute ? like wheat germ would that be the same consistancy perhaps ?
Thanks so much !
