I don't use a syrup per say, I use an extract and it does not need to be refrigerated and is good for what must be 2.5-3 yrs.

Is this a commercial syrup or a homemade one?

The brand I have is Sambucus.....I'm not brave enough to try making my own herbal remedies.

Mine should be good. Which makes me happy because we have a few snifles today.
