Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have two grilled T-bone steaks leftover from last night. What can I do with them besides make stir-fry? Dh and I love stir-fry, the kids don't so much. :)

Beef Stroganoff

Steak on salad is good too -- with avacodoes, tomatoes and lime dressing.

Hope that helps

Beef Stroganoff!!! Emily (snowbabiesmom) helped me save some steaks that were salt licks by suggesting slicing them thinly and incorporating them into a beef stroganoff. It was super!

You could slice thin and do a steak salad or cube and make a stew with veggies.

Wow, thank you! So many great ideas. I'm dairy-free b/c it bothers my little nursling. So, fajitas it may be. :)
