In order to deal with a pinched nerve in my back I'm told that I:
- must not bend forward at the waist;
- must not sit for than fifteen minutes at a time and in no event without a pillow behind my back;
- must never slouch;
- must do an exercise every two waking hours when I'm not at the physical therapist three times a week for the next four to six weeks.
The good news is therapist thinks she can fix me (at this related to this issue  ) back to 90% of normal, which would be GREAT.  Would you please pray for us all as we adjust to my new, but hopefully temporary, limitations.

Oh-my-goodness!  Praying Patty that you get your full movement back soon...that reminds me of the posturing I have to do at the end of a pregnancy, only that is FAR worse! I feel for you Patty and praying that is very, very temporary you that you do even better than 90%!

Oh, I've so been there. Not fun, but I can tell you (from experience) that you will really need to hold yourself accountable to the physical therapist's recommendations or you will regress. Praying that you follow through and get better!
