Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm thinking of making bul gogi but I don't have any kimchee on hand.... so maybe I'll make some quick cabbage spicy pickle, and add edamame for our veggie. I forgot that it was Friday, and I don't have fish!

We're having black bean soup and cornbread, one of our favorite Friday standbys.

Maybe pasta and pesto sauce. If the guy comes soon to get rid of my yellow jackets, that is.

I will be making 2 pizzas. Not entirely sure what I will be putting on them, most likely one with have peppers and the other sauteed swiss chard. Of course, both will have a ton of garlic

I'm hoping to head to the fish market for some Mahi. If not, then all bets are off!
