Marilyn, have only a couple of minutes. I believe we started using this book when dd was 14 or so. Really depends what they already know/don't know/are curious about. I'd say it was a good read -- short answers but faithful. A bit similar to one-minute apologetics, etc. The kids I know who have read it seem to have liked it too. Short answer: I would still skim it just to make sure it's the right time for your child. But if not, just keep it in your shelf for the right time
