So what's for din-din?
For lunch, I just fixed tuna salad sandwiches for everyone. Annie likes her tuna salad straight out of the bowl.
It's spinach, egg, and bacon salad tonight.

I'm thinking grilled chicken, green salad, and a pesto pasta salad.

Grilled marinated sirloin steaks, grilled potato packets (sliced regular and sweet potatoes and sliced onions tossed in olive oil with rosemary, salt and pepper wrapped in foil and grilled), green beans, blueberries.

It's Bastille Day, so we are having chicken cooked in a tomato and red wine sauce, green beans (haricots verts!) and potatoes.

Very simply really. Tuna, mayo, boiled eggs, and a dollop of spicy mustard. Mix it all together. Then I separate the plain dish and fix one half w/ relish.
Annie likes to eat it plain out of a bowl.
My dh eats tuna straight out of the can (for his colesteral) or will make a sandwich using the plain.
Chelsea and I like sweet relish to ours. I even like to put a cut-up pickle or cucumber in mine. I like the crunch. I also like black olives in mine but know not to put that in anyone else's.
Kayleigh is like her daddy. She doesn't like the relish or crunch.
Garrett eats it either way but prefers po-boy bun to plain bread.
I haven't seen Corey eat tuna in forever. Guess it's all gone by the time he gets home from work.

Cay, your tuna sounds quite a bit more exciting than mine (tuna and mayo only..) but that is also because my husband can be a bit.. umm... particular . Sometimes I take the leftover tuna from making his sandwich and add shredded carrots and chopped celery (I like crunch, too) and stuff it into tomatoes for our younger ones and myself. (our older two are not at all fond of tuna.)
I will have to try it w/ eggs & mustard (reminds me of my potato salad) -- Cay, Thank you for the ideas!
