The other side changed some of the wording so I signed the stipulation. However, I did give the Judge documentation showing the stipulation does not agree with the signed mediation agreement. I also gave documentation about school - curriculum choices, test scores, etc. These are all items that the custody evaluator was supposed to review but never did.

The Judge has taken everything under advisement.

Now it is just a waiting game.
