Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Well, according to several ultrasounds on my now 9yo, I conceived three days AFTER my positive pregnancy test.

Seriously though, I've gotten a positive at 11dpo. It was pretty strong too. I think more than one at 12 (I'm an obsessive early tester, lol)

about 14 dpo. I tested the day I expected to start my cycle, and that was that.

This pregnancy I tested about 5 days before my cycle and it initially said negative. I left in on the counter (for whatever reason) and my husband found a faint positive a little while later.

I tested positive at what I reckoned was 10 dpo with my daughter.

Thanks. My understanding is that the tests measure the presence of HCG. Is that at all related to progesterone levels?

10 dpo for me too

My funny story - pregnancies 1 and 2, the tests were taken at 10 dpo and 11 dpo. With the twins, I was in deep denial and tested 3 days LATE. LOL Even then I knew it was twins.

You ladies crack me up! Of course, you all would be the first to know. I was trying to be a good steward of our money and not test too soon. I didn't know anyone else was waiting on the results, too. Sorry to torture you.

The verdict is.... not pregnant. Not the result I am sure you were all hoping for, but we are good with it. While we are totally open to whatever God gives us, we both feel pretty maxed out right now. That's what I love about our Faith which calls us to be open to life! Trusting God to know our needs instead of trying to figure it all out ourselves.

I will keep everyone posted with any future developments!
