I'm not cooking at all!
We are going to my mother's tonight and she is making dinner for us before we go to Mass. Mass is being said in memory of my sister tonight and so all of us siblings are coming home for it.

Nothing better than coming home, everyone together, and sharing Mom's cooking! Sounds wonderful, Theresa!
I'm having chicken and rice of some sort. I've had requests for "plain" food.

Oh, and I would have put "spinach salad" on my list, but when I came home from the grocery store I absentmindedly put the bag of spinach into the freezer...and didn't notice until too late.

That's a bummer about your spinach!
I have a great recipe for a strawberry and spinach salad. Mmmm

Breakfast for dinner tonight (we have that a lot around here--my hubby loves breakfast!): sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and biscuits.

London broil on the grill - probably pesto noodles, cresent rolls, and a salad as sides.

Looks like you are going to have to turn that into something else now ...there is a pretty good spinach artichoke dip recipe on-line that is fairly close to what you get at Maggiano's - yummy
