I'm not sure yet. I need to be inspired. I'm down to only 3 children including the baby for a week. And then I get 1 back next week and the rest return in 2 weeks. I haven't cooked for so few for so long I'm not sure what to make!

I made an eggplant/tomato/chicken soup (all produce except the chicken fresh from our garden)...it was yummy!

And I made meatballs, rice and gravy for the children because I knew they wouldn't eat the soup. I was right!

Then I forgot we were invited to our dear friend's little girl's 3rd b-day party. We got there and they had cooked a chicken/sausage gumbo and boiled crabs.

Wheeeewwww!!!
